Support Holden Village

You are a part of the Holden Village legacy. Throughout our history, Holden has depended on hard work and generous financial support from people like you. Learn how you make a difference.

Your gift helps people practice community both within the Village and in the greater world.  You help Holden Village welcome all people into the wilderness to form and renew their relationships with God, the earth, and each other. Thank you!

Why Give to Holden Village?

Because of generous donors like you, we can provide:

  • Invigorating discussions with expert teaching faculty on topics including ecology, art, justice, theology, and more!
  • Sessions with visiting musicians and artists
  • Top-notch programming such as Women’s Retreat, May Youth Weekends, and more!
  • Materials for our Art Studios and equipment for the Hike Haus
  • Comfortable beds for hundreds of Villagers each week
  • January term programming for college and seminary students
  • Stipends/salaries and benefits to the seasonal and long-term volunteers and employees whose skills, leadership, and hard work operate the historic, off-the-grid Village infrastructure and make the Holden experience possible
  • Opportunities to visit for volunteers, guests, and all those who have yet to experience Holden Village!

It is expensive to operate a remote mountain Village and guest fees cover only 60% of the cost of operating the Village. When you donate to Holden Village, your gift makes up the difference and sustains this one-of-a-kind place in the wilderness. Your support helps us expand welcome to those who have yet to visit.

Thank you for sustaining Holden Village’s operations and expanding welcome to those who have yet to visit.

All proceeds support Holden Village, so you can enjoy bidding on fun items and experiences for yourself or as gifts, all while sustaining Holden’s mission.
