Holden Village is located in north central Washington state in a remote area of the Cascade Mountains above Lake Chelan. Holden Village has no physical telephone lines and cellular devices do not work in the Railroad Creek valley. Email is the preferred method of communicating with the Village, by directing your message to the appropriate areas listed here.

Postal Mail is delivered daily except on Sundays and holidays during the summertime. From October 1 to May 15, mail is delivered three times a week. If you are going to be staying at Holden, the Village post office will hold your mail; the date of your arrival should be on the envelope.
