Dear Holden, You have shaped me and made me who I am. You have inspired me with your words, your music, and your love. Somewhere a long the way I captured you in an image and with words. Here is a place to share those images and those memories. These memories are shared as postcards with a short note to Holden Village.

As Holden Village turns 50 this year, it is the perfect time to reflect on the legacy of warm quilts that have graced our beds and welcomed guests over the years. This is an opportunity to add 50 new quilts to our collection in preparation for many coming years of gracious hospitality. Please join us in creating a quilt, either as a church, group, or individual.

Wanted: Your Holden Village Story
The beginning of the 50-year celebration is a good time for all members of the extended Holden Community to reflect on the past and expand the documentation of the history of the Village. You are invited to share your personal and/or family story about your time at Holden Village.
Please take time to document your experiences at Holden Village. Write about memorable events, for example, if you met your spouse at Holden, worked on a special project, were part of a work group, or document any other aspect of your time in the Village. Include pictures with your story, if available. Stories in digital format are encouraged. Videos and/or stills with narrated audio are a great way for museum visitors to enjoy your story. You are already a part of the Village history, become a part of the documented history.
Please send your story to the Portal Museum, Holden Village, HC 0 Box 2, Chelan, WA 98816
